1185 Beaverwood Public Consultation
A proposed development for 1185 Beaverwood Rd. in Manotick is currently being considered by the City. Residents are invited to hear from the project proponent, and share their thoughts about the development during a Public Information Meeting that will be held virtually, on Tuesday, January 24th, at 7:00 p.m.

Looking for an affordable, local place to hold your meeting or event? Look no further than the Goulbourn Townhall at 2135 Huntley Road. The building has plenty of space for a variety of meetings, as well as ample parking and other amenities. The building also hosts one of our Councillor Ward Offices, so our team would be happy to help book space and support your event. Open Thursdays in North Gower

City Updates
Budget Consultation
In the coming weeks, you will have the opportunity to inform the City’s draft budget for 2023. We are looking for your input about what the City’s priorities should be and where to find potential savings. Visit Engage Ottawa to submit your input and read background information and resource materials related to Draft Budget 2023.
Our office is participating in two budget consultation meetings:
When: February 6, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. ET (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)
Where: 2135 Huntley Road (the Goulbourn Town Hall building)
What: An in-person budget consultation meeting for residents of Ward 21
When: February 22, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. ET
Where: Meeting will be held via Zoom Meeting Link
What: A virtual budget consultation meeting, hosted by Wards 3, 21, 22, and 24

Vacant Unit Tax Tips
All residents will receive a second notice about the vacant unit tax. This does not mean your declaration was not received. This secondary notice was prepared prior to the launch of the declaration site.
Address not found? Access codes are a mixture of letters and numbers. Take special care to not confuse letters and numbers that look similar such as “0” (zero) and “O” (the letter) and “1” (one) and “I” (the letter).
