3-1-1
Reporting a concern to Service Ottawa is the most efficient means toward ensuring your service request is responded to in an organized and timely manner. There are a few ways you can make a service request:
• Call 3-1-1 (within Ottawa)
(613) 580-2401 (TTY service for the deaf, deafened and hard of hearing)
• The City of Ottawa is able to help in 170 languages. When calling the City of Ottawa, you may request the assistance of an interpreter
• Visit a ServiceOttawa Client Service Centre
• Email 311@ottawa.ca
If upon completion of a service request you do not feel your concerns were fully addressed, I welcome you to email my office at ward21@ottawa.ca with your service request number so that our office can follow up with the staff responsible to ensure your specific needs are met.
