Welcome to Ward 21 Rideau-Jock

Situated in the rural south end of the city, Ward 21 (Rideau-Jock) spans 744 square kilometers of rural areas and small communities. The ward's name reflects its distinct geography, proudly named after the two historic rivers, the Rideau River and the Jock River, which wind through its landscape and shape its local heritage.

The approximate 30,684 people are distributed across the west of the Rideau River, and throughout the communities of Manotick, Richmond, North Gower, Munster, Kars, Fallowfield, Ashton, Burritts Rapids, and the former Goulbourn Township south and west of Stittsville.
