Understanding Street Parking

Parking enforcement is the responsibility of Ottawa By-law & Regulatory Services department. Anyone encountering parking violations that are an immediate hazard should report the issue by calling 3-1-1.

If you notice an ongoing pattern of violations with parked vehicles in a particular area, it is best to report the issue online here.

While the Ward 21 office is always prepared and happy to help residents with their inquiries, issues around street parking that are reported directly to By-law Services can be more easily tracked and resolved.
