Climate Change Detectives on the Case!
Change Detectives unravel the mysteries threatening our beloved Ottawa River Watershed and its
species. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to crack the code of climate change and save
the incredible biodiversity of our aquatic home!
In this program, junior detectives will:
• Dive into the secrets of our vast Ottawa River Watershed using an interactive 3D model.
• Learn techniques scientists use to monitor our Watershed.
• Decode the puzzling effects of climate change on our water and its biodiversity.
• Participate in an Interactive Sturgeon & Mussels game.
By the end of this adventure, our brave detectives will be armed with new knowledge and skills to
become true Watershed Warriors, ready to learn about and assist with any eco-challenge that comes
their way! Presented by Ottawa River Keepers. Ages 8-11. Registration required.
