W-4 Stittsville South Future Neighbourhood Open house #2

The second open house for the Stittsville South (W-4) future neighbourhood development plan will take place Thursday, July 18 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the CARDELREC Recreation Centre (1500 Shea Rd).

This session will cover:

  • Existing Conditions Report: A detailed overview of the current state of the area, including environmental, transportation, and infrastructure assessments.

  • Draft Concept Plan: Presentation of the initial concept plan outlining proposed land uses, community features, and development strategies.

  • Feedback from the First Open House: A summary of the community feedback received during our first open house and how it has shaped the current planning process.
